Lutheran Family Services believes all children are a gift from God and is dedicated to providing every resource for children in need.

Our roots can be traced to the year 1892 when the agency began serving children through orphanages in Fremont and Omaha. Today, we have affirmed our continued commitment to meeting the needs of children and their families through a wide variety of comprehensive programs. Complete adoption services for both birth and adoptive parents, search services, foster care programs, pregnancy and parenting counseling are some of the many areas we serve in our effort to continue to fulfill this commitment.
