Are You Depressed?

Everyone feels blue on occasion. However, blue feelings lasting several days or weeks can hinder your ability to make decisions, make you withdraw from friends and family, sap your energy, and make you lose direction.

If you feel depressed, you need to determine what is troubling you.

Are you experiencing any of these?

  • Feeling helpless or hopeless
  • Having sad feelings or crying for no reason
  • Having difficulty making decisions
  • Feeling resentment or self-pity
  • Withdrawing from others
  • Depending on chemicals
  • Feeling worthless
