Volunteer Application
Thank you for considering volunteering with Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska.
Please fill out our brief application, which helps us match your skills and
interests to a volunteer position that fits your goals and schedule.
Because client safety is a primary goal for us, we ask that all of our
volunteers complete a criminal history check.
To assist in placement, we ask you to note three references on the volunteer
application who can tell about your previous work or volunteer experience.
Please send one LFS Reference Check Form to each of your references. Completed reference
check forms can be sent to LFS separately from the volunteer service application.
