Practicum & Internship Application

Thank you for considering Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska. Please fill out our brief application, which helps us match you to a position that fits your goals and schedule.

Because client safety is a primary goal for us, we ask that all applicants complete a criminal history background check and a drug and alcohol test before starting any work with Lutheran Family Services.

To assist in placement, we ask you to note references on the application who can tell about your previous work or volunteer experience. Please send one LFS Reference Check Form to each of your references. Completed reference check forms can be sent to LFS separately from your application.
