Lutheran
Family Services of Nebraska hires Richardson as vice president of
program.
Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, a faith-based nonprofit, multi-service
human care agency with more than 30 locations across Nebraska, Council
Bluffs, Iowa and Wichita, Kansas, has hired Amy Richardson as vice president
of program.
Richardson recently served as the director of business development at Richard
H. Young Hospital – Good Samaritan Health Systems of Kearney. Previously,
she was administrative director of Richard Young. Richardson served
as the administrator and CEO of the Central Service Area for the Nebraska
Department of Health and Human Services where she managed over 600 state
personnel and an operational budget of $13 million. She was instrumental
in the formation of the Integrated Care Coordination Unit and served as program
manager.
Richardson has a master’s degree in counseling and psychology from
the University of Nebraska, Kearney and is a licensed certified social worker. She
is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner and a provisionally
licensed drug and alcohol counselor.
