Teen Outreach Program®

Teen Outreach Program LogoLFS facilitates weekly Teen Outreach Program® (TOP) group sessions for grades 6-8 at Lexington Middle School.

TOP gives teens the tools and techniques they need to become economically self-sufficient, leaders in their communities and, ultimately, break the cycle of poverty.

Through strength discovery, teens are empowered with the tools and opportunities needed to avoid risky behaviors – like dropout and teen pregnancy – and become leaders with a powerful vision for their future.

TOPS  is one of the class options for Multiple Choices, an “after school program that provides all students of Lexington Middle School opportunities in a safe, supervised and engaging environment during out-of-school time.”

Early Childhood Coaching
