Medication Management is the administration and monitoring of medication for the purpose of alleviating or stabilizing symptoms for certain conditions. Medication is not always necessary. Treatment recommendations can include either medications, counseling/psychotherapy, or a combination of both. This program serves adults (19 years old and older) with a diagnosed mental health condition requiring medication to reduce symptoms and increase overall functioning and well-being.
Based on the recommendation of the prescriber, appointments for follow-up Medication Management may be scheduled to monitor medication effects and psychiatric symptoms.
